I am an Integrative Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach and I am a producer, writer, and director for film and web series.

I received my schooling from NYC's Institute for Integrative Nutrition, one of the oldest and longest-running nutrition schools. As an Integrative Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach I work with my Client's Bio-Individuality System using an Integrative Nutrition Approach and empower my Clients to move their nutrition, health, and wellness needle in the right direction. I specialize in helping and empowering people with Rheumatoid Arthritis or other autoimmune diseases to manage their autoimmune disease, lower disease activity, and lessen symptoms. I also help and empower people who just want to move their nutrition, health, and wellness needle in the right direction. I work with not only what is on my client's plate (nutrition) I help my clients with what is off their plate like spirituality (whatever that looks like to them), finances, health, career, education, social life, relationships, home cooking, physical activity, home environment, and self-love.

My Own Personal Journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis and My Family History:

I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since it was first triggered in my body at the age of 8. My grandmother had been an invalid from Rheumatoid Arthritis since she was 16 and my mother has Rheumatoid Arthritis and is disabled from it. And, my brother and niece both have severe Ulcerative Colitis. About 4 years ago I was disabled from my RA and had been approved for a scooter and was headed for a wheelchair, as well as I had such severe RA brain inflammation that I was starting to slur words or would forget words, but by me using an integrative nutrition approach, doing the AIP Autoimmune Protocol Paleo Diet and eating only nutrient-dense foods as well as doing time restricted eating of 16/8 I brought all my severe Rheumatoid Arthritis disabling symptoms down to zero and I am no longer disabled and I am thriving.
